Efficient booking process, perfect experience overall
Price was reasonable and I didn’t have to cart my bag around town which is almost priceless! I stored my bag at a shoe repair place and they were very nice and trustworthy. I highly recommend this service!

Great place to drop of luggage
The location was close to grand central station, thus making it a easy and convenient. Recommend this location for luggage drop off.

Difficult to find, strange processing, all well in the end
Had issues finding the place because it was an ecclectic shoe repair shop and there were a few suitcases just standing in the shop. I did not receive a bag tag and just left them in the room, potentially for everyone to step in and take whatever item. It felt weird to have to trust a stranger and not be given a receipt. In the end it was fine.
