Good experience, although the suitcase and bag were not held in a separate secure room the suitcase was just in the shop behind a cupboard and the bag behind a fire door.

We set up our drop off online, picked the closest spot (two doors away), took our bags in and were on our way in 3 minutes. Hours later we picked up our bags just as easy. Will use again!
