I appreciate getting in touch with me, however I believe your angel or "MAMAS guesthouse" was not in anyway professional. There was no storage, our bags were left on the floor.

An angel in my time of need

Secure location with a locked entrance. The guy was super nice and helpful with telling me how to pick up the bag after my storage period. I kept it at the location for 2 weeks and picked it up no problem. Great experience!
